Strictly Jazz Entertainment presents the 7th Annual Pianos in the Park Jazz Fest 2016 at W.C. Handy Park on Historic Beale Street, Sunday – September 4th (LABOR DAY WEEKEND)!!
Join us for an enjoyable evening of relaxing jazz featuring “Smooth Jazz Keyboardist – Tim Watson, Smooth Jazz Guitarist – Nick Colionne and Smooth Jazz Saxophonist – Marcus Anderson– Former Saxophonist for PRINCE!”. Gates open at 5pm, Showtime at 6pm! Early arrival is suggested.

The Pop/R&B and Jazz musician’s career is fast becoming one to watch. Hailing from South Carolina, Marcus Anderson is currently performing to audiences all over the world as one of Prince’s saxophonists in New Power Generation. As part of New Power Generation, Anderson has played and been showcased in such iconic festivals such as the Essence Music Festival, Monteux Jazz Festival and the Curacao North Sea Jazz Festival.
